Your choices

Available rights depend on the law that applies to you.

01

Scope and responsibility

This policy applies to personal information handled by Flexivaro in operating the store. Our business address and contact details are provided at the end of this page. If an independent payment provider or another service collects information under its own relationship with you, its own privacy notice also applies.

We use Shopify to support our online store. Shopify may process information to operate the platform and, where applicable, for its own purposes described in its consumer privacy information. The information processed for an order depends on the services actually used.

02

Information you provide

When you place an order, we receive information needed for the transaction, such as your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, relevant contact details, selected items, and order history. If you create an account, the account information and preferences you submit may also be processed.

When you contact support, we receive the message, order reference, and any photographs or documents you choose to provide. If you submit a review or subscribe to marketing, we process the corresponding content or subscription preferences.

Payment credentials are handled through the payment services used at checkout. We may receive payment status and limited transaction identifiers needed to administer an order. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or unnecessary health information to customer support.

03

Information from the website and service providers

The platform and enabled services may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, session activity, and the pages or products viewed. Cookies and similar technologies can support the cart, checkout, security, and saved preferences.

If analytics, advertising, or similar optional services are enabled, they may process browsing or interaction information in accordance with the choices and legal requirements applicable to those services. The relevant purposes and available choices are explained through the store’s privacy notices and controls.

Payment providers, delivery services, and fraud-prevention services may supply transaction results, shipment updates, or verification information relevant to your order. We use that information only for a disclosed and lawful purpose.

04

Why information is used

We use information to process payment, prepare and deliver orders, provide order updates, answer inquiries, handle returns, and maintain records associated with the purchase. We also use appropriate information to prevent fraud, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Where permitted, we may analyze how the store is used to identify errors and improve its operation. If you choose to receive marketing, your contact and preference information can be used for those messages. A marketing subscription is not required to place an order.

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, the relevant basis may include fulfilling a contract, taking steps you request before a contract, meeting a legal obligation, pursuing a legitimate interest after considering your rights, or obtaining consent where required.

05

Service providers and other disclosures

Information needed to perform a service may be shared with providers supporting the store, including Shopify, the selected payment service, fulfillment partners, delivery carriers, and providers used for customer support or website operations. The scope depends on the task they perform.

We may disclose relevant information to comply with a binding legal obligation, respond to a lawful request, establish or defend a legal claim, investigate fraud, or protect a person’s rights or safety. A business reorganization may involve a lawful transfer of relevant records with appropriate safeguards.

Where enabled advertising technology creates a disclosure treated by applicable law as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising activity, the applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements apply. The use of those legal terms can include arrangements that do not involve a direct payment for information.

06

Cookies, optional tracking, and preference signals

Essential technologies support functions such as keeping items in the cart, completing checkout, and preventing misuse. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if used, must be managed according to the applicable consent or opt-out rules.

Use the cookie or privacy controls displayed by the store, where available, to manage the relevant choices. Browser settings may also limit cookies, although doing so can affect cart or checkout functions.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying browser privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control, it must be honored for the processing it covers. If you cannot find a relevant control or need assistance, contact service@flexivaro.com.

07

Marketing preferences

If you receive subscribed marketing emails, you can use the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or contact support to change your preference. If another marketing channel is enabled, the applicable opt-in and opt-out requirements apply to that channel.

Order confirmations, shipment updates, product-safety notices, and messages needed to resolve an active support request are service communications. They may continue even after you unsubscribe from promotional messages.

08

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it is processed, including fulfilling an order, supporting a return or dispute, meeting tax and recordkeeping requirements, and addressing a legitimate legal claim. Applicable retention periods differ by record and jurisdiction.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service. Access is limited to those who need it for an authorized purpose. No online system can guarantee complete protection against every risk.

When information is no longer needed and retention is not legally required, we delete it, de-identify it, or otherwise handle it consistently with applicable law.

09

International processing

Our business is based in China, and Shopify and other service providers may operate in additional countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your place of residence. Privacy laws can differ between locations.

Where applicable law requires protections for an international transfer, the required lawful mechanism and safeguards must be used. Contact us if you need information about the protections relevant to a specific request.

10

Requests and applicable privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access information, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Some laws also provide an appeal or complaint route.

Send a request to service@flexivaro.com with a description of what you want and enough information to identify the relevant records. We may verify identity using a proportionate method. An authorized agent may act for you where permitted and may need to provide evidence of authority.

We will respond within the applicable legal period. Some requests are subject to lawful exceptions, including records needed to complete an order or comply with legal obligations. We will explain a relevant refusal or limitation and any applicable appeal option. We do not retaliate against you for exercising a protected privacy right.

11

Children and sensitive information

The store is intended for general consumer shopping and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from a child under 13. If you believe such information has been provided, contact us so we can assess and address it as required.

A fitness accessory inquiry normally does not require a medical history or other sensitive personal information. Avoid providing it unless there is a clear, appropriate reason and a suitable process has been agreed. A minor’s purchase must have the authorization required by law.

12

Policy updates and privacy contact

We may revise this policy when the store’s services, processing practices, or legal requirements change. The updated date appears on this page, and an additional notice will be provided where required. A new purpose requiring consent will not be introduced merely by silently changing this text.

For questions about this policy or an unresolved privacy concern, contact service@flexivaro.com. You may also complain to a privacy authority where applicable law provides that right.
